Meet the Founder of the Ainagul K. Holland Law Firm
Ainagul K. Holland was born and raised in Aktobe, Kazakhstan. She immigrated to the U.S. in 2005 and became a U.S. citizen in 2009. Ainagul received her bachelor's degree in English - Kazakh translating and interpreting from the State Univeristy after K. Zhubanov in Aktobe, Kazakhstan, in 2000, and her Juris Doctorate degree from Univeristy of Wyoming School of Law in 2014. In addition to being fluent in English Ainagul is fluent in Russian as well as in her native, Kazakh, languages.
Prior to immigrating to the U.S. Ainagul worked as a senior office administrator at an international oil and gas services company in Aktau, Kazakhstan. After immigrating to the U.S. Ainagul received her paralegal certificate and worked as a legal assistant/paralegal until she decided to advance her legal career and obtain a law degree.
Ainagul's practice focuses on family law exclusively and encompasses the following areas: dissolution of marriage aka divorce, legal separation, allocation of parental responsibilities, post-decree procedings such as modification of child support and/or spousal maintenance, modification of parental responsibilities, ADR, pre- and post- nuptial agreements, separation agreements, etc. Ainagul also renders unbundled legal services to those who cannot afford to retain an attorney for the entirety of the case.
